To make managing your membership simpler, we are updating the DLN’s membership dues schedule to provide greater clarity and predictability for everyone.

Our goal is to align all membership renewals to a single, annual date: January 1. This approach is standard for many professional organizations and will make planning and bookkeeping easier for all of us.

This move also reinforces that DLN membership is an annual, ongoing commitment to our community of practice—a shared investment in the growth, connection, and stewardship that defines the DLN.

We began phasing in this change with the recent shift to quarterly membership anniversaries, and this transition will continue over the next few years to ensure a smooth process. On July 1, 2026, members who currently pay in Q3 and Q4 will be invoiced together as H2 payers.

By January 1, 2028, all members will share the same January 1 renewal date.

For members currently paying in quarterly installments, this will eventually mean one annual payment in place of four—and a lower total, bringing your dues in line with the standard annual rate.

Thank you for your collaboration as we make this operational improvement. We will provide timely, individual reminders as your specific renewal dates approach.
